Annual Care We conduct annual servicing on your fire extinguishers at a basic set rate that includes the cost of all tags, seals, labels and travelling (all extended/overhaul servicing would be charged additionally)
Annual Care Plus This option offers you the same as Annual Care, but includes any extended or overhaul servicing required during the term of the contract.
Lease 5 All extinguishers can be purchased over a 5 year period. This includes the costs of all servicing during that time in the annual fee.
Rental 5 This allows you to rent extinguishers over a 5-year period with all servicing costs being included in the annual fee.
Short term hire This allows you to hire extinguishers to cover an event such as festivals, gymkhanas etc, without the added expense of purchasing and maintaining them.
Fire Risk Assessment
Undertaking fire risk assessments on anything but the most basic of premises can be a daunting task. We can conduct this on your behalf. Costs are priced on the total floored area of your premises.
The cost to undertake a fire risk assessment on a 1,000m2 building would be £155.28
Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Service Contracts
We are able to undertake the annual servicing of your fire alarm and emergency lighting systems. Fire alarm servicing consists of two 6 monthly visits. During each visit fire alarm panels, back up batteries and 50% of the system components will be tested. Emergency lighting systems will receive a full duration test annually (usually for 3 hours) and, where the servicing of the fire alarm is undertaken, an additional function test of the system will be conducted.
Annual costs for a combined fire alarm and emergency lighting service would be £307.45 based on a 800 to 1,499m2 total floored area premises.
